1. What do I need to rent a scooter?
To rent a scooter, you will need to come to our shop with your passport and a 4000 THB deposit. We will make a copy of your passport and promptly return the original to you; your original passport will not be kept by us. We highly recommend bringing your INTERNATIONAL DRIVING LICENSE, if you possess one, as this will ensure you are covered by third-party insurance.
2. When can I pay the rent?
Payments can be made in cash. The rental price is determined by the type of scooter you choose and the length of the rental period. For your convenience, we also offer the option to pay via WISE or WeChat.
3. Can I extend the rent?
Yes, you can. Please contact us by phone or message beforehand. For payment, bank transfers or WISE/WeChat are accepted for your convenience, so there’s no need to visit our office. However, you’re always welcome to come and see us directly at the shop.
4. Can I pick up the scooter at my hotel?
Yes, we can make a delivery from our address to maximum 5km in the Bangkok city to your address for small fee.

6. Who is eligible to drive the scooter?
Only the signatory of the contract is authorized to drive the scooter.
